Mexican Chicken with Chips

Roasted spicy chicken served with Balkan cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. In a pan in heated oil, briefly fry the peeled, finely sliced garlic cloves, add the cleaned chicken breasts cut into cubes and fry briefly so that the meat is pulled and the juices remain inside, then add salt
2. Add the tomatoes in their own juice, finely chopped pickled chillies and about 100 ml of water if necessary, bring to the boil, reduce the heat and let bubble for about 8 minutes to reduce the juice
3. Finally season with salt and stir in finely chopped coriander leaves
4. Transfer to a serving bowl, top with sour cream, crumbled Balkan cheese, coriander and garnish with tortilla chips.
