Mediterranean Omelette

A fluffy omelette with chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh parsley and Italian cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan
2. Pour the salted beaten eggs mixed with baking powder and chopped parsley onto it
3. On top of the eggs pour the mozzarella cut into smaller cubes and chopped sun-dried tomatoes
4. Fry on low heat for about 5 minutes, then turn and serve after 20 seconds.
Recommendation:
Serve with Vegetable Recipes, vegetable salad, bread, potatoes, or on its own.
