If you like dill you will enjoy it very well. 1. Prepare the minced meat, add 2 Pl of plain flour, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and mix. Shape the meat into small meatballs,4-5 cm and coat them in the flour. 2. When the meat is shaped and coated, put a little oil in the pan, you do not need a lot of it, because usually minced meat is meatier and when roasting it will let the fat.Fry it from both sides and remove. 3. In the cream and water,or milk you can mix 1 tbsp of plain flour and pour into the broth.Cook,season.If you have more grease,so pour it off, leave only a little and make a sauce. Just put the chopped dill in the finished sauce and let it go through the boil. Add the meat to the finished sauce and serve with potatoes.
