ingredients
2 pcs smoked sausage 1 pcs bun 1 pcs egg 3 dkg lard 2 pcs onion to taste ground black pepper, breadcrumbs, lard for frying,
step
1. Remove the skin from the smoker, take out the bones and mince the meat with the soaked bun and onion. Add the egg, a little melted lard, ground pepper, and breadcrumbs. 2. Salt as needed. Mix everything well and form meatballs, which are coated in breadcrumbs and fried in hot lard.
