Meatball Fondue

Recipe originally from the former Yugoslavia. Minced meat, mixed with onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. All seasoned with spices, fried, in the form of balls, in heated oil.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Chop the onion and garlic finely, mix with minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, finely chopped pepper
2. Season with ground red pepper and black pepper, salt
3. Form balls which we place in heated oil
4. Only after frying them, we impale them on long forks and dip them in various sauces.
Recommendation:
As a side dish, we serve fresh bread and vegetable salads.
