400 g pork shoulder minced 1 pk tomato 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp tomato puree a little sunflower oil to taste salt to taste cumin a little ground pepper a little water
procedure
1.
Fry the cleaned and chopped garlic in the oil.

Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and puree to it. Fry everything together. If necessary, add water and simmer.
3.
Before the end, add the peeled and finely chopped tomato.

Finally simmer and season with cumin.
