The lily, besides its medicinal effects, is also great in taste. It has a crunchy consistency and the matjes made from it are really delicious!

1. Clean and boil the mushrooms in lightly salted water, drain and leave to drain
2. Slice the onion into strips, mix with the mushrooms, season with vinegar, add oil, season with pepper, salt and stir
3. Put the matjesas in the fridge, let them set for at least 4 days.
Recommendation:
Serve with bread or pastries.
