Mashed cauliflower in batter

oil for frying 2 pcs egg 1 dl milk salt black pepper 3 tbsp potato starch 1 pcs cauliflower

First, divide the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes, drain and let cool down
2.
Prepare a frying pan, in which you will trim the oil for frying.
3.
Make the batter – mix the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper and potato starch together.
4.
Dip the cauliflower on all sides in the batter and fry in the oil.
5.
Toss on a napkin to soak up the oil.
6.
Serve with boiled potatoes or just on their own 🙂
