Marinated zucchini rounds

ingredients

3 pcs zucchini 1 pcs chilli pepper 2 cloves garlic 80 ml olive oil 70 g flour 70 ml vinegar 75 ml meat broth 1 pcs lemon 1 tbsp fresh herbs to taste salt to taste ground black pepper

procedure

1. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices. Drizzle with lemon juice and leave to stand for a while. Then dry them with a towel and roll them in flour. Fry the zucchini on both sides in hot oil and transfer them to a baking dish. 2. In the remaining oil, fry the crushed garlic with salt. Pour in the vinegar and meat stock. Add the finely chopped chillies, season the mixture with salt, herbs and pepper. 3. Pour the seasoned broth over the zucchini, cover the container and place in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.
