4 pcs bell peppers 4 cloves garlic 3 basil leaves 1 KL capers 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp anchovy paste to taste salt
procedure

Slice the peeled peppers lengthwise. Put them in a bowl with the finely chopped garlic, basil and capers. Drizzle with olive oil mixed with anchovy paste and season with a little salt to taste.

Before serving, leave to rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Serve with wholemeal bread or bread.
