1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp basil 1 tsp curry powder

Meatless lunch. 1. Cut the mushrooms into slices. 2. Prepare marinade by mixing all ingredients. 3. Put the mushrooms in the marinade and let stand for at least an hour. 4. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil. 5. Add the mushrooms and sauté. 6. Add the sliced leeks, cover with a little water and simmer for half an hour.
