Great, tender and extra seasoned turkey cutlets

Slice the meat thinly, gently pat the turkey (do not salt). Place in the marinade prepared from sour cream, garlic, oil, eggs, pepper and oregano

Let stand overnight.

Now salt the cutlets, coat in breadcrumbs (you can add grated cheese if you like) and fry in a frying pan or put on a greased baking tray and bake in the oven – a healthier version.
