For the marinade
3 tbsp white yoghurt 1 pk onion
You still need
1 tbsp classic mustard 1 tbsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1.5 tbsp salt 6 pcs chicken thighs breadcrumbs, flour, egg for coating

Prepare your cutlets in a slightly different way than the everyday, classic one 🙂 You will be very pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste of the noodles prepared in this way. This marinade gives the meat not only a pleasant taste, but also tenderness and softness!

I boned 6 legs first and then skinned them. If you don’t feel like boning, just buy ready-made or have the legs boned by a butcher 🙂 That’s everyone’s own decision 🙂

Next we will prepare our marinade. Mix the grated onion, yoghurt, mustard, pepper, chilli and salt. Place the meat in the prepared marinade and let it sit for 2hours. You can leave it longer, even overnight, it’s up to you. For us, the flavour has proven itself after two hours of marinating 🙂

After the meat has rested, you can clean the marinade or not 🙂 And then just wrap it in a trivet and fry it in enough oil on both sides in a classic way.

The cutlets are very tasty, the marinade gives them not only an exceptional taste, but also softness and tenderness 🙂 I served them with mashed potatoes. Have a good taste!
