Mangold rice

ingredients

250 g chard a little salt 2 tbsp butter 2 cloves garlic 500 g cooked rice a little ground black pepper

procedure

1. Boil the chard leaves in a small amount of lightly salted water and, when drained, chop them finely. 2. Fry the chopped garlic in butter, add the chard and fry. Stir in the cooked rice, season with pepper and salt to taste. Serve as a side dish.
