Mamaliga (corn porridge)

Mamaliga prepared according to the above ratio of ingredients will be a little softer and creamier, according to your own preference you can add corn flour to thicken.

Ingredients:

150 g of cornflour 50 g of butter 800 ml water 1/2 tsp salt (parmesan)

Procedure:

Place the cornmeal, salt and water in the inner pot of a multicooker, and stir until the ingredients are combined.

Set the “Stew” program for 15-20 minutes without the lid on. Once the mixture starts to cook, keep stirring it so that no lumps form.

After the multicooker program is finished, add the butter and grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and mix well.
