Luxury shrimps on Chardonnay from Vinselekt Michlovský winery

You will definitely love the luxurious Chardonnay shrimps from the Vinselekt Michlovský winery! The recipe for Vinselekt Michlovský was created by Elly aka Goddess of Cuisine.

Ingredients:

500 g of peeled shrimp 250 mlChardonnay 2017 late harvest, barrique Vinselekt Michlovský, exclusive for Globus 150 ml cream for whipping 2 teaspoons of dried Italian herbs 1 handful of chopped parsley 4 smaller carrots 3 pcs garlic cloves 3 pcs shallots 2 pcs of bell peppers black pepper, freshly ground chilli pin olive oil salt

Procedure:

  • Marinate the shrimp the day before in a mixture of olive oil and crushed garlic. Add a pinch of chilli, if you don’t like spicy food, omit the chilli.
  • In a large frying pan, heat about three tablespoons of olive oil and put the roughly chopped shallots, carrot rounds and strips of peppers to fry. After five minutes, add the marinated prawns, including the olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle with the dried Italian herbs, season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast everything together for approximately five minutes. Pour in the wine and increase the heat. Bring almost all the liquid to the boil. Pour in the cream and simmer for three minutes.
  • Finally, stir in the chopped parsley. Stir and serve immediately preferably with a baguette and a glass of Chardonnay 2017 late harvest, barrique from Vinselekt Michlovský winery!
