1 pcs lobster (approx. 450 g) 5 liters water 1 pcs lemon
Harissa dressing
150 g mayonnaise 3 tsp chilli paste to taste juice of lemon

1. Preparing the lobster – In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the lemon, cut into quarters. Put in the lobster. Cook for 12 minutes (depending on the size of the lobster). 2. Harissa dressing – Mix the mayonnaise, chili paste and lemon juice together in a bowl. 3. Serve.
