Lobster Salad with Vegetable Recipes

Canned lobster meat mixed with Vegetable Recipes, truffles (mushrooms) and apples.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the potatoes in the skin, peel and cut into noodles when cooled
2. Cut the lobster meat from the cartilaginous fibres and cut into noodles together with celery, peeled apples (without cores), cucumbers and lettuce leaves
3. Season with salt and vinegar-diluted mayonnaise
4. Arrange the salad on a platter, garnish with tomato slices and truffle cut into noodles (or sliced mushrooms).
