Lobster on cream
A warm appetizer from France.

Procedure:
1. In a shallow pan, saute the chopped lobster meat and lemon juice in butter
2. When all the juices are simmered, pour in the brandy, heat it and set it on fire
3. Once the flame is extinguished, stir in the chopped mushrooms and wine, simmer for 2-3 minutes and finally pour in the cream
4. Simmer the mixture for 5 more minutes on a small flame, season with salt and pepper and then serve immediately.
