Loaves with poppy seeds
ingredients
350 g potatoes boiled in skin 80 g plain flour 1/4 KL salt a little butter 1 handful ground poppy seeds to taste powdered sugar
procedure
1. Remove the skin from the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Add the salt and flour and make a stiffer dough. Use your hands to remove the dough pieces and roll them out on a floured board. 2. Fry the flatbread on both sides in a dry frying pan. Brush the finished lokše with butter, sprinkle with ground poppy seeds and sugar and roll up.
