Liver dumplings

ingredients

1/2 pk bun a little milk 100 g beef liver 1 pk onion 1 pk egg 1 pk breadcrumbs 1 tbsp coarse flour 1 pinch of ground black pepper 1/2 tsp marjoram a little chopped parsley 1 clove garlic to taste salt

procedure

Cut the ground into small cubes, pour in the milk and leave to soak

Squeeze out the flour, grind or mash together with the liver. Add the chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, flour, pepper, marjoram, chopped parsley, crushed garlic and salt. Stir and let stand for 30 min.

From the mass form dumplings, which we put in boiling soup and cook for 10 min.
