1. Cut the shoulder into larger pieces, the smoked bacon into larger pieces. 2. Melt the bacon with the butter. As soon as it turns golden brown, add the finely chopped onion and let it fry, add the ground pepper, meat and salt, sauté. 3. When the juices have reduced, let the meat fry until pink and pour in the broth, stirring constantly. 4. Dice the potatoes and add when the meat is semi-soft and cook with the meat, so that they do not boil.
