Basically, pork slices topped with bacon, peppers and hard-boiled eggs, tangled, wrapped in a classic triple wrap and fried nicely golden brown in plenty of oil. The fried rolls are served sliced with variously prepared potatoes.
Ingredients:
td>cheese eggs to coat
Procedure:
1. 1. On each slice of meat then spread the chopped bacon and peppers, put a boiled egg into it, roll it up (wrap it) and secure the meat with at least 2-3 pieces of toothpicks
3. Wrap the rolls in a classic triple wrap, first in flour, then in beaten, slightly salted, eggs and finally in breadcrumbs
4. Fry in a deep fryer or in more oil on all sides
5. Before serving, cut the fried rolls into two or four parts
6. Serve with mashed potatoes or potatoes in various ways + with vegetable salad and tartar sauce.
Recommendation:
Who has a number of spicy, under the bacon rub the meat with spicy e.g. hot pepper paste. Sliced hard cheese can be substituted for the bacon.
