In a deep bowl, progressively whisk together the olive oil, turmeric, curry powder and juice of 1/2 lime
2.
Wash the cod fillets, pat dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
3.
Place the lime slices in the bottom of the baking dish.
4.
Coat the cod fillets on both sides in the prepared sauce and place on top of the lime slices in the baking dish.
5.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
6.
Serve.
