Lime Chicken in Tortillas
Tortillas smeared with sour cream and filled with roasted marinated chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. For the guacamole, peel the avocado, remove the pits, mash with a fork, add the lime juice, season with finely chopped chilli and a peeled crushed garlic clove, then stir in the pitted and diced tomato with finely chopped spring onion, season with salt and refrigerate
2. Cut each cleaned chicken breast fillet into 6 strips, salt and pepper them, place them in a marinade of lime juice, finely grated zest and 2 tablespoons of oil and let them marinate in a cool place for about 30 minutes
3. Then, in a pan with heated oil, brown the marinated chicken breasts on both sides, cut the washed drained romaine lettuce into noodles and cut the washed tomatoes in half
4. Heat the tortillas wrapped in foil briefly in the microwave, spread sour cream on each, sprinkle with chopped lettuce and tomatoes, spread the meat on the lettuce, add guacamole, then wrap the tortilla and serve.
Recommendation:
Guacamole can also be served separately, for example with nacho chips.
