Lightning poppy-apple cake, mug

Quick, tasty and ready in half an hour. I make this recipe often, it really tastes good for everyone. It’s pretty plain and you probably know it too. If you don’t, definitely give it a try and save it in case you get a sweet tooth. It’s ready in one-two. I used a 180ml mug in the recipe

In a large bowl, whisk the whole eggs. Add the vanilla sugar, sour cream and half a cup of milk. Stir and add two cups of ground poppy seeds, one cup of icing sugar, one cup of plain flour and mix well. Add the baking powder and mix briefly.

Clean and grate the three larger apples. Add them to the other ingredients and just mix in by hand.

Place the baking paper on a baking tray (24x37cm) and pour the batter. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

After baking, pour the chocolate glaze over the cake and let it cool.

Cut into slices and serve. The cake is delicious for every visitor and you can prepare it as a sweet breakfast. Enjoy!
