Here is the recipe for Light Vegetable Gratin, a quick and easy dish to make at home.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 3 points / person –
250 g green beans 500 g tomatoes ( small size) 2 potatoes (100 g) 1 zucchini 25 cl skim milk 2 tablespoons cornstarch 3 tablespoons grated parmesan salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cook the green beans and potatoes in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Then let cool and peel the potatoes and then slice them.
Cut the zucchini into rounds, then steam it for 5 min.
In a saucepan heat the milk then add the cornstarch, salt and pepper, then stir.
Pour a little sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish then arrange half the potato rounds, then the green beans.
Arrange the tomatoes then intersperse the zucchini slices and the rest of the potatoes between the tomatoes.
Pour the rest of the sauce then sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Bake for 35 minutes at 200°C.
