Light soup of tomatoes and peppers

3 tbsp olive oil 1 pk onion 1 pk bell pepper 3 pk tomato 1 cup white wine 4 cups water 4 tbsp dried soup base

Heat the oil in a saucepan.

When it starts to smell fragrant, add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Cover tomatoes with wine and bring to a boil.
5.
Add the water along with the soup base, cook for 5 minutes.
6.
If we want to thicken the soup, we can add chopped potatoes.
7.
Divide the soup into plates, garnish with parsley and serve with wholemeal bread (can be toasted).
