Light Clafoutis with Pears and Chocolate

Here is the recipe for the light pear and chocolate clafoutis, a light and creamy clafoutis with melting pears and a touch of dark chocolate. This pear clafoutis is very easy and simple to make for dessert or a gourmet snack.

Ingredients for 8 parts:

2 to 3 pears 100 g flour 4 eggs 200 g semi-skimmed milk 200 g fresh cream 4% mg 2 tablespoons sweetener 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 40 g chopped dark chocolate ( or chocolate chips)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel and seed the pears then slice them thinly.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sweetener and vanilla extract until frothy.
Add the sifted flour then mix well.
Then pour in the milk, cream and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Arrange the pear pieces in a baking pan lined with parchment paper then pour in the batter and sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
Then bake your light pear and chocolate clafoutis for 40 to 45 minutes.
