Simple soup of white cabbage, carrots, leeks and potatoes, served with basil leaves.

Procedure:
1. Clean the cabbage, carrots, onions and leeks, cut them into small pieces, peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and keep them aside in water so they don’t turn black
2. When the potatoes are soft, season the soup with salt and pepper and serve it sprinkled with basil leaves.
