1 kg beef bones 2 kg bare rib 6 litres water 2 tbsp sea salt 200 g carrots 100 g parsley 120 g celery 80 g leek a little sunflower oil 1 pk onion 5 sprigs thyme 5 sprigs parsley 1 sprig celery sprig 100 g leek 1 sprig lovage
procedure
1.
Cut the bones into smaller pieces and blanch in boiling water for a while.

Then rinse them and pour 5-6 litres of water over them along with the ribs.
3.
Salt the water and bring to the boil.
4.
Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them in hot oil.
5.
Add the cleaned, chopped Vegetable Recipes, herbs, sautéed onions to the broth and cook for 2 hours.
6.
Finally, strain the broth and serve.
