Here is the recipe for light baked zucchini, an easy recipe for crunchy zucchini to accompany your meat or fish dish.
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 zucchini 1 egg 80 g breadcrumbs 70 g flour salt Preparation:
Wash and dry the zucchini and then cut them into quarters lengthwise.
In a dish beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Pass the zucchinis in the flour then in the egg finally in the chaplure.
Place the zucchinis in a plate covered with baking paper then put in the oven for 15 min at 180°C.
Once the zucchinis are cooked, place in a dish then sprinkle with salt and parsley.
