Light baked bugnes

Here is the recipe for light baked bugnes, delicious light and fluffy baked doughnuts, very easy and simple to make to celebrate Mardi Gras.
Ingredients for 25 bugnes:
300 g flour 2 eggs 120 ml skimmed milk 1 packet baking powder 2 g sweetener 2 tablespoons orange blossom 15 g light butter
Preparation:
In a saucepan heat the milk, sweetener and butter then remove from heat.
In a bowl put the flour, yeast and mix then add the eggs, mix it with the milk and knead.
The dough should be elastic and smooth. Then let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 to 4 mm then cut strips of 10 cm by 4 cm ( 25 bugnes )then make an incision on 5 cm in the center.
Place the bugnes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper then let rest for 30 minutes.
Brush the bugnes with milk then bake for 7 to 10 minutes at 180°C ( preheated oven ).
