400 g plain flour 15 g yeast 1 pk egg yolk a little milk a little salt 40 g sugar 50 g margarine 1/4 kg plum jam 20 g powdered sugar
procedure

Add yeast mixed with sugar, egg yolk, lukewarm milk, salt, dissolved fat to the flour and make a semi-stiff dough.

Let it rise in a warm place, when it rises put it on a floured paddle, roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm and cut it into the same 20 rectangles. Place a piece of jam on each one and join the edges of the dough well together.

Place the buns side by side on a greased baking tray, grease the sides of each one to prevent them sticking together and leave them to rise.
4.
Then bake them and sprinkle with sugar. Instead of jam, you can use cottage cheese, poppy seed or walnut filling.
