Crushed boiled potatoes mixed with stewed cabbage.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water with cumin, drain them and let them cool slightly
2. Stew the cabbage in a small amount of water
3. Mash the potatoes (as for mashed potatoes), add milk, some of the water from the potatoes and the stewed cabbage
4. Finally, stir in the onion, finely chopped and fried in lard
5. Add salt to taste.
