It impresses especially with its spicy taste. It is served with ox eye, boiled beef or sausage. Ingredients: 500 g of lentils 2 pcs of onions 2 pcs sour pickles 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs anchovies (or spoonful of anchovy paste) 2 pcs bean leaves 1/4 l lentil stock 2 tbsp smooth flour 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 2 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest 1/2 tsp td>thyme fat water pepper salt Procedure: Cook the soaked lentils the day before until tender with the bay leaf and thyme Cut the onions, cucumbers, anchovies, garlic, parsley finely From lard and flour prepare a light roux, add the chopped mixture, fry lightly, pour in the lentil broth, boil for 5 minutes Add the cooked lentils, mix everything, season with vinegar, lemon zest, pepper, salt and heat briefly.
