200 g lentils 1 pk onion 3 pk carrot 2 pk parsley 3 cloves garlic 1 tbsp lard 6 pk veal sausages 3 pk potato pk salt pk ground black pepper pk vegeta 1 tbsp ground sweet red pepper
step
1. Fry the onion in the lard and add the potatoes with the carrots and parsley. 2. Add garlic, stir. 3. Add the ground sweet paprika and sauté everything together for 5 minutes. 4. Stir in the soaked lentils and cover with water (2 litres) 5. In the meantime, fry the veal sausages in a pan with a little lard (about 10 minutes) and then add them to the soup 6. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the parsley. 7. Serve with toast. Enjoy!
