100 g lentils 1.5 litres water 40 g fat 40 g plain flour 1 pk garlic cloves 2 dl sour cream to taste salt, vinegar, sugar
procedure
Boil the lentils in salted water until tender. Make a roux with the fat and flour, add it to the lentils, season with salt, add the garlic and simmer. Finally, stir in cream, vinegar and sugar to taste.
