300 g lentils 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 200 g minced pork 3 cloves garlic a little ground black pepper a little salt
procedure

Rinse and soak the lentils in water so that they are submerged, boil them until almost tender and drain them.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, add the minced meat and fry, stirring constantly.
3.
Season with crushed garlic, black pepper and salt. Add a little water and simmer. Stir as needed.
4.
After 20 min. add the drained lentils and simmer until tender. Serve the lentil mixture with bread and sour cucumbers.
