Lentil salad with natural rice

150 g lentils 300 g Natural rice 1 litre water 2 pcs carrots 1 pcs onions 2 tbsp olive oil 10 pcs cherry tomatoes 1/2 tbsp iceberg lettuce 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp minced red pepper 1 tbsp vegetable stock 2 handfuls young onions 2 tbsp worchester sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce
procedure
1. Boil the rice and lentils (which we have soaked in water overnight) in separate pots in salted water. 2. Fry the onion in oil, add the chopped carrots and 1 KL of ground red chilli. 3. Cover with 1-2 dl of water and simmer until soft. 4. Then add the cooked and drained rice and transfer everything together to a larger bowl. 5. Add the lentils, tomatoes and the lettuce that you have chopped. 6. Add the Worchester and soy sauce, stir and season to taste. Garnish with green onions. 7. Bon appetit!
