Lentil appetizer

400 g smoked meat 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour 300 g lentils 2 pk sterilized cucumber a little ground black pepper a little salt to taste vinegar
procedure

Place the smoked meat in water, bring to a boil, pour off the boiling water, cover the meat with new water and cook until tender. Remove the meat and set aside.

Rinse and pre-soaked lentils and cover with water so that they are submerged, cook almost tender and drain.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, sprinkle with flour and fry. Pour 100 ml of the smoked meat broth over the onion mixture, stir well and bring to the boil.

To this base add lentils, diced cucumbers, season with salt, pepper, acidify and simmer briefly. Serve the lentils with smoked meat and bread.
