Lemon tiramisu

One of the variants for a delicious dessert made of cream cheese, cottage cheese, biscuits and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
td>instant coffee
Procedure:
1. Dump 50 g of icing sugar into water and boil a thick syrup, add lemon juice, lemon liqueur, instant coffee and mix everything well
2. Beat egg yolks with 150 g of icing sugar until smooth
3. Mix the mascarpone, cottage cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar well and then stir in the smooth egg yolk foam
4. Soak the biscuits in the lemon syrup, place on the bottom of the cake tin, spread a layer of the prepared cream on top and repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up, the last layer is the cream
5. Put in the fridge to set and cut into portions before serving.
