Crust: mix egg yolks with sugar, add oil, mineral water, flour mixed with baking powder and lemon zest. Finally, stiffly stir in the egg whites.

Bake on a baking sheet 25×35 cm at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Brush the baked body with jam.

Filling: from milk vanilla, sugar and pudding cook porridge. Stir in the cooled butter and do not rub into the jam. Decorate with a decorative spatula.

Decoration: Whip the whipping cream with the thickener and add the mascarpone. Decorate the crust that we have marked for the cuts. Sprinkle with candies.
