Lemon Mousse

A refreshing snack made from cooked semolina, sugar, lemon juice and fruit.

Ingredients:

500 ml of water 100 g of semolina sugar 50 g semolina 2 pcs of lemon fruit to taste

Procedure:

1. Mix semolina and sugar with cold water and let stand for about 30 minutes, then boil to a thin gruel
2. Stir the juice of 2 lemons into the cooled slurry and beat with a hand beater until completely cool
3. Divide into bowls, garnish with not-too-sour fruit and let set for a while.
