Legume mixture with sausages and ox eye

Although this dish belongs more to a healthy diet, thanks to the roasted sausages and ox eye, even lovers of less healthy dishes will enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 1 packet of your choice of legume mix 8 pieces 4 pcs egg

120 g of root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley) /td> mayonnaise

pepper oil salt To serve: fresh bread and pickles

Procedure:

Dump the vegetable mixture into a pot, cover with water and let it soak overnight

In the same water we soaked them in, cook the mixture the next day until tender, adding the cleaned Vegetable Recipes for the last 15 minutes, but be careful, whole!

Once the legumes are soft, drain the water, pull out the Vegetable Recipes and blend them, then stir the blended vegetable puree into the legumes, season with marjoram, pepper and salt

Fry the sausages in a pan, then fry the ox eye

Serve the mixture with the sausages and ox eye along with fresh bread and pickles.
