Leek soup with semolina
ingredients
10 g semolina 20 g butter 2 pcs leek 1 liter water 30 g plain flour 30 g butter 1 cube of masox to taste milk for the roux, salt

Fry the semolina in butter, pour water and boil the sliced leek. Season with salt and cook until tender. Make a roux of butter and flour, pour in the milk and pour it all into the soup. Bring to the boil, add the masox and finish cooking.
