Cooked leeks, fried in butter, then fried with eggs.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the cleaned leeks in salted water, remove them, let them drain thoroughly
2. Cut the cooked leeks into rounds, fry them in butter, season them with salt and pepper and mix them with the beaten eggs
3. When the eggs have thickened, sprinkle the dish with chopped green parsley and grated cheese.
Recommendation:
Serve the leek brains with boiled potatoes.
