Leek, bacon and WW goat cheese tart

Here’s the recipe to make a leek, lardon and chèvre WW tart, a delicious and easy savory tart made with a light shortcrust pastry topped with melted leeks, lardons and fresh chèvre.
Ingredients for 6 people:- 7 SP / person –
1 light pie crust ( Recipe Here) 500 g leeks in thin slices 100 g lardons 100 g fresh goat cheese 3 eggs 150 g liquid cream 4% mg 3 teaspoons light butter salt, pepper
Preparation:
In a frying pan melt the butter then fry the leeks for 10 minutes.
Then add the lardons and cook for another 3 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cream and cream cheese then add salt, pepper and mix.
Spread the pastry in a pie tin then then prick it with a fork.
Arrange the leeks and lardons in the bottom of the pie then pour the egg mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180°C then put it in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
