With these langos I know I’m not biting the air
1. Make a sourdough starter with the first 4 ingredients. Let stand while you mix the other ingredients. 2. Pour the yeast into the dough and knead. Dough will stick to the bowl,if not add milk or flour. 3. The milk that we pour into the dough must be warm. It rises for an hour in winter (I cover it with a towel and put it on the radiator) in summer for 3 hours. 4. Pour a lot of oil into the pan so that the langos float in it. Shape them by dipping your hands in the oil. 5. I have also made stuffed langos from this dough. Langos shaped on the palm of the hand plus sunka and cheese – roll up postlacat and bake.
