400 ml milk 1 KL caster sugar 42 g fresh yeast 500 g plain flour 1/2 KL salt 4 tbsp oil to taste jam

1. Pour half of the lukewarm milk into a bowl, add the sugar and stir in the yeast cube. Stir and let the yeast rise. Meanwhile, in the other bowl, mix the flour, salt, sourdough starter and half the oil. With your hands, knead a smooth dough, sprinkle with flour, cover and leave to rise. 2. Flour a work surface and turn out the dough onto it. Divide the dough into equal parts and use your hands to pull out the lángos. Fry them in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides and place them on paper napkins. Finally, brush the lángos with jam to taste.
